I propose to fight fire with fire, using acceleration to fight the effects of acceleration in flight. This coupled with advances in avionics opens up the possibility that subsonic fighters can defeat supersonic fighters in combat. There are a number of advantages to such fighters. Enduring high g-forces will enable rapid acceleration lift capabilities for outer space lift of men and sensitive equipment.
