Chemistry in the Lab

Stephanie could still feel watching eyes as she squirmed in her desk chair. How she hated being in the office instead of working in the lab. As she looked towards the lab, all she could think about was why she having to finish her report last minute. She was usually so prompt about getting her work finished well in advance. The more she remembered the events from the previous evening, the more distracted she became until she couldn’t take it anymore. She sent a quick text, “Meet me in the conference room” and quickly left her office.
