This essay compares the psychology and philosophy between Jesus Christ and Ted Kaczynski, and relates their conditions to cultivated autism (i.e. academic, religious, and cultural learning) in the population at large.
Autism is characterized by difficulties in verbal communication and socialization, and in mental preoccupation of a repetitive or stereotyped quality. Witness Ted Kaczynski’s article of numbered paragraphs (in his thesis 'Industrial Society and Its Future' [ISIF]) and Jesus’ chronic parable-speak as recorded in the Gospels.
This essay is an exercise in cognition over the vagaries of cultivated-autism. Some of these vagaries are formula-feeding, circumcision, needle-stabbing, and fable-mongering.
