Inquisition of Christ

He made no attempt to oblige me with a theophany while writing the work, so he remains silent as a matter of honesty. The inquisitor justifies doing away with religion and worship as superfluous. He calls on Jesus to take care of his duties to men on this planet, offering the enclosed arguments to justify his case.
