The demon Bifrons has told Master Roger of a plot to take the King of Britain’s head. Roger is worried about the safety of his king: Richard II. Should Roger believe Bifrons, or is the wily demon trying to trick him? It is up to Roger’s assistant, Jake Savage, to see through the mystery of the demon’s divination.

The King of Britain’s Head is the first in a new series of short stories called The Sotil and Savage Mysteries from the author of Chivalry and Hell has its Demons. Each story follows Roger Sotil and Jake Savage as they attempt to solve a paranormal mystery. They can be read out of sequence.
