Campsite

For her fortieth birthday, Victoria when camping alone. She loved the solitude. Since the amputation of her right arm, friends had deserted her. It was okay. In the early evening, a hiker passed the campsite looking for a place to stay after a long day on the trail. After eating, and a glass of wine, the conversation focused on what it was like to have one arm.
