Foreign Missions Strategy: Intrachurch Operations

The work of the Missionary could start with evangelism but invariably he or she would be involved with Church planting and other functional operations and the knowledge of how to organise and manage church services and operations would be of great benefit. Also of importance are the spiritual operations like healing and deliverance with which astute Missionaries could reasonably be expected to be involved positively. Foreign Missions Strategy: Intrachurch Operations deals with service management and the roles, duties and responsibilities of Missionaries in growing the church both physically and spiritually and meeting diverse needs on the field.
