An offbeat fictional portrait of the women from popular TV real estate programming that also highlights serious flaws in the foundations of the real estate industry and its now and then questionable ethics. Two grizzled, pretentious real estate veterans and their young, wide-eyed summer intern discuss the methods of selling homes, as the trio strolls through the city zoo on a sunny weekday afternoon. Our naïve protagonist learns the tricks of the trade but also glimpses a peek behind the shiny veneer of this “glamorous” business, whose tenants often question her own morals and ambitions.
