Book 2 of the Stone Series. This spring the herds have not returned, causing great worry for the Standing-Rock Clan. To make things worse, a neighboring tribe raid the clan's hunting grounds. This incursion quickly escalates into a vicious conflict, forcing the clan to face dangerous odds.
