Star's Story

Short story, 10 pages. Star, the young woman whom Charles Lawson (aka God) rescued from suicide in the story "Stella by Starlight" came to be in this position because of a series of poor choices. Her early family life was troubled. All the men she chose in the past have turned out to be violent. In choosing Wayne, she thinks she is making a break from her past, but it is clear that nothing has really changed at all. [3,000 words] ,
