Someone is murdering humans, all of them beneficiaries of Merkaba Investments. On the case, MJ-12 Agent Lillianna Renfield uses her power as a necromancer to gain entrance into a nightclub owned by a powerful renegade dark fae mobster. When things go sideways for her, the dark force that's haunted the Renfield bloodline since her great-great-grandfather rises up and threatens to take control of Renfield and spark a war between the Dark fae and MJ-12, with humanity caught in the crossfire.
