Child of God

In the dark days of the middle ages the inquisitors reign of terror spread fear, blood, and death across Europe. Simultaneously a deadly plague decimated the population. In the midst of this dark and terrible time one man discovers his true love. Inquisitor Quint violates his oath to secretly wed a woman and father a son.

But Quint must hide these facts from the Bishop or face certain death. He lives in terror of not only God's punishment for his sins but of the Church. His fear is realized when the woman he loves stands before him accused of crimes against the faith.

A story of man challenging his church by facing the ultimate test of courage and loyalty.
