Old Man

With no money and no work for months, two friends list themselves in the 'help wanted' pages of a local magazine as home and furniture movers. Their first client is an old man who is moving into his family's lake side cabin, where horrible secrets lay buried. Their grip still ensnares those who tread above ground.

This was my first attempt at horror fiction. I love Edgar Allen Poe, and had just read some short stories written by Lovecraft before falling asleep for the night. The dream I had was the inspiration for this piece.
