Joseph Steiner spent two years on a journey through the Caribbean Islands on a sailboat called Half Moon. Since his college years, he had been pursuing Maslow's dream of achieving self-actualization. On an island called Antigua, he found it, and in this short paper, he has done his best to share that peak experience with you, and teach the method he has developed - TOTAL - that will allow you to share that experience and achieve self-actualization for yourself in your own life.
