In the not-so-distant future, the United States of America finds itself on the brink of a second civil war, and an unlikely team of scientists and engineers finds itself in charge of creating Washington's next super weapons, robot soldiers designed to help restore law and order to the reeling nation. However, they all soon realize that they are up against powers beyond their control.
