Party girl Cassidy Jones hated the idea of leaving her Brooklyn apartment to return home to Louisville. But after flunking her sophomore year classes, she needed a break from the big city and all of its vices, not to mention a string of awful ex-boyfriends.

Jake Hunter is a disenchanted bartender at a whiskey bar in the Highlands. And he has one vice that distracts him from finishing his master’s degree: women. When Cassidy comes along, he can’t bring himself to take advantage of his friend’s kid sister.
