Stormie (aka Jenny, aka the blue rose killer) escaped Rockview and started a new life as a social worker in California for
Ms. Lillie’s Home for Wayward Girls. Living with her roommate Tabitha, life was proceeding as well as could be expected
despite leaving her family behind, until one of her former clients (Brooke) is discovered murdered and mysteriously in
connection with a blue rose. Stormie’s double life is at risk of unraveling, the wayward girls are putting the pieces
together, and Stormie is in full panic mode. And then of course, there’s Nolan, who, with his secret inner circle, is
discovering that life might not be so heavenly after all...
