Farty-farty Flame-flame and Other Stories

Three short stories, ages 5 - 8 years. Farty-farty Flame-flame feels sad because his only job now is to tow the boat down to the sea, a short distance away from the farm. He feels useless and old because only worthless tractors do this job. Can the mechanic save him or will Farmer Ollie lose his old friend?
Horonchie the worm gets bored with life in the compost bin. He yearns to see more of the garden, but there are dangers out there – hungry birds, burning sun, and flooding rain.
Rufus Rupert Remington always wants more, and he’s rude about it. He shouts and forgets to say please and thank you. He wants another colour on the arc of the rainbow, and a billion trillion stars in the sky. But is it really Rupert’s fault that he’s behaving so badly?
