An eleven year old girl follows a bluebird and a boy into the woods. She watches the boy as he talks to a wolf. Because she is afraid of wolves, she runs away. Through her new friendship with the boy, she soon gains courage and later plays with the wolf pups. This children's picture book contains photographs of 16 oil paintings by the author.
