Ships in the Night: One Look at the Life of Robert A. Belie

Over the course of their respective lives both ships and people often go by different names. Designations change with service and names change with relationships. Robert A. Belie was just shy of two when he disembarked from what was then known as the SS Philadelphia. Over the course of nearly one hundred years after leaving that ship he would go by many names and many titles. But I would know him simply as grandpa.
