You find things are a wee bit perplexing when you up sticks and head overseas to live and work in a foreign country. Not quite in Kansas anymore that’s for sure. In fact there’s a rather large ocean and a bunch of Frenchmen between Darmstadt, Germany and the United States. You’re the foreigner now.
