Life is never as simple as we thought or wanted it to be. We succumb to negativity when we give up wanting and might just give up hope. This book describes the journey which the author took. A relatively short journey yet meaningful, where he decided to put a stop to his past habits that caused a depressing and eventful year. Not wanting to be defeated by what most people called depression, he fought back through a self-healing process, with the help of photography.
