The Image of God

What is the Image of God? Who are the Image of God? How could Jesus be both fully human and fully Divine? What is the meaning of Life? Why do I exist? What is my purpose in life?

Many of us grow up believing that these are impossible questions to answer and we will never know but in reality they are very easy questions to answer and there is no mystery to them at all.

These last seven years I have been on an awe-inspiring spiritual journey where my only teacher has been God and through many hundreds of hours of prayer, fasting and contemplation our Father has taught me so much that the established church doesn't teach and doesn't know how to teach.

The answers to those questions above are fundamental to our growth in faith and spirituality yet I have never heard them taught in a church and when I was once a Methodist preacher I never taught them either.

But in reality once you get to know God and you get to know real faith and spirituality there is no mystery to these questions and instead the answers become very obvious.

This short book came out of some notes that I wrote on the Image of God for a Lent Course that I was invited to and I hope that you enjoy reading it and are blessed by it.
