The Black Snake

An oneiric metaphor about the conflicts and the evolution of consciousness.

Based on an eye-opening dream that I had in 2003, shortly after our return from our long pilgrimage walking from Rome to Jerusalem for peace. Just as I was finishing inking the comic, Mony and I went to the movies to watch The Matrix Revolutions (the third and final of the saga). To my amazement, I saw the same message and almost identical symbolism of my dream in a very powerful scene at the end of the film. This synchronicity confirmed even more for me the importance of its meaning.
