Ever optimistic, and impulsive, Jill frequently rushes in to capitalize on an opportunity. Trying to prevent her from doing something foolish is her friend, Megan, who is more analytical and often plays the voice of reason.
Across the country, Jim and his friend frequently trade dating woes and this has lead Jim to his own existential crisis, if you could call it that, considering the deadpan and nonchalant way he handles things. In the process, he is caught in a struggle between who he is and who he wants to be, often defaulting to his current self while trying to figure out the path forward.
