After decades of his telling everyone, including Cher and Robert Novak (before the Carter presidency began), about his having brainstormed a script for Carter's presidency with Carter himself at the Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel, a 1999 Email to ABC-TV trying to unmask an NSA-dominated MIC landed the author in federal detention for three years. Later, another Email to old colleagues at Pitt, during a three-month long bomb-threat terror campaign there (by..?), in which Mark attempted to publicize his book and to get support for his goals led to his being committed to Torrance State Mental Institution for the Criminally Insane upon a complaint from the University of Pittsburgh....Well, he is out, now, and here is his book again in what people are saying is a good, if sometimes challenging, read.
