The Lies My Mother Told

Betty Edwards is a West Virginia girl with a less than perfect life there. This story tells of her escape to what seems to be a better life in Cleveland, Ohio and New York City, living the high life, rubbing shoulders with celebrities and making more money than she ever thought possible. Her West Virginia Roots and Family secrets will not let go, however. The lies her mother told will affect four generations of Betty's family, including her mother who perpetrated the lies that they all have to live with.
