How long does it take to deliver a message from somewhere in outer space to Earth? Most estimates reveal that it takes a long time. How does one choose the right messenger to deliver the message? In fact, the messenger, in this case, was selected because he was and no other reason, so it is no surprise when the message is delivered a bit late; time is relative. Robi is his name, and one of his faults is getting lost in space, when he finally arrives, he is quite pleased, but his arrival among Earthlings causes quite a stir. He's an infectious character and is known for making friends easily, so it is no surprise that 8-year-old Robert "the Bob" of Scranton, Pennsylvania is befriended, and happily embarks with Robi to Washington, DC. The message will be delivered, and both become eternal friends, which is a good thing, and distance does not seem to be a factor. Robert's mom agrees, and so does the President of the United States.
