When Paul Peabody embarks on his bizarre life of crime, he has three rules: he will not injure anyone, he will not damage anyone’s property, and he will not deprive anyone of a cent. All of the laws he breaks are totally victimless, and with one exception, they are all actually on the books! After TV celebrity Joe Hogan starts telling jokes about the man who got arrested for putting ice cream cones in his pockets and taking a rooster to a bakery, Paul becomes a folk hero. Police officers everywhere are looking for him, people start copying him, and the whole thing gets way out of hand. Eventually, Paul finds himself in big trouble. Who knew a crime spree could be so much fun?
