Don Moes was raised on his family's farm in northeast Nebraska by first- and second-generation Americans that came to this land of opportunity for a chance to succeed.
Large families were evident to help support the entire family. As Don is the second youngest in the family, his father allowed him to test his leadership skills a little earlier than his siblings.
Don's father was his main mentor, with his brother, Marv as a close second. The Moes' family work ethic, along with being surrounded by strong integrity, led the way.
The University of Nebraska, Cushman Motors and Clark Equipment Company were stops along the way to Texas for Don, his wife, Pam and their children, Laura, Amy, and T.J. to prosper in a strong economic environment.
Don's goal for many years has been to pay back for his success with "Tim, Talent, and Treasure."
