LORD, DIRECT MY STEPS TO PROSPER

A woman sat for many nights in the one room shared by her family and wondered if there is God. She had fasted, prayed, vigil led yet silence. Now, the first daughter's fiancée sent a message asking for a suitable date for the white wedding they have so planned for. She looked around and thought of jumping into a river or well or doing something to end it all but she was afraid – afraid of her creator. What if there was God and he had plans for her – good plans? About four years ago, she had everything one could desire until her husband passed away suddenly. The family members began such a catastrophic internal and external war against her and even threatened to marry her to his younger brother. The only other choice was to walk away from it all – from the house, cars and businesses. With faith she opted to walk away hoping things will regenerate fast but it is not so. Just petite jobs enough to pay part bills, tuitions and supported by her son who bought and sold candies to passing vehicles.

How can she afford wedding dress for her daughter? The option of committing suicide appear much better to her at that time because she would not be around to see the pain and disappointment. In this life, there are many questions and only God has the answers. This woman looked around her room, left a note in her Bible and walked out of the compound. She knew of a fast-flowing river about a mile down the turn of a small path. As she walked to her destination, she noticed a small store and a woman sweeping the front. As she passed the store, the woman sweeping stopped and greeted her. She asked if she was from that area and if she knew anyone who wanted a job. The woman planning to kill herself replied, "Yes, I need a job. "May I clean your floor?" With an invitation and few questions, she got the job. She discovered that her new employer also had similar background and was just beginning again. A kind family have taught her how to make bridal dresses, given a sewing machine and paid upfront of six-month rents for the store.

Within three months, they had become fast friends. This woman who had given up hope was now learning how to make bridal clothing. The store owner purchased a sued machine and they made parts of the bridal clothes together. Her daughter purchased materials and they made her bridal clothes free. Everyone inquired after the whole bridal outfit and her train-wears. After a year, they called the store "BLESSED BRIDES." They have several branches,
Remain best of business friends with her candy-selling son reading management and handling the large bulk of demands coming in. they have employed and even began a school to deal with the stores asking after their specials.
Taking a look on that day she walked out of her house it appear her steps were directed.
They were directed to prosper. There are many things we do not understand and many, many things we may not be able to explain but there is a power that directs us. In the mighty name of Jesus, may our feet be directed to prosper – amen?

A majority of have reached the limit of our efforts. We have done and tried everything. When I say 'everything' I do mean everything. Imagine a young girl who agreed to have sex with a suppose supervisor but her case became worse. First, she discovered the guy was a fraud and never had anything with the company then something worse followed. She was having very high fever and discovered it is not stress but some veneral disease.
This young lady almost lost her life in the process of seeking a job.
