Billy Bear Learns A Lesson

Billy Bear is a bully. He plays tricks on everyone. He even burst all the balloons at Dolly’s birthday party. While on his way home from school, Timothy Tiger sees Billy up ahead. He doesn’t want Billy to find his hidden balloon friend because Billy will burst the balloon. Billy grabs Timothy’s backpack with his balloon friend hidden inside, and puts it on a high limb at the top of a tree. Timothy doesn’t know how to get his backpack from the tree, but when Billy comes back, he becomes bold and says, “Billy, I sure would love to be your friend, but you make it hard for me to even like you.” No one has ever asked to be Billy’s friend before.
