Aliens! Explosions! Flying saucers! And...toast?
Unhappy with his boring job counting spacesuits at the spacesuit factory,
Eddie, a toast-loving, diminutive gray alien, and his one-eyed, cat-like friend Blinker decide that the universe has far greater adventures to offer. Loading up their flying saucer with toast, they travel to Earth for a little sightseeing.
The travelers soon become heroes when they spot a meteor hurling toward the small blue planet. Their heroic nature takes over and they go into action to save the Earth from certain destruction (with a little help from their ship's humongous laser beam.)
Not wanting to frighten the people of Earth, Eddie and Blinker quietly ride into the proverbial sunset in search of new adventures without taking any credit for their good deed. Doing the right thing is reward enough.
