Derek Frantz is a University junior currently experiencing a lull in his love-life. Caring more about his studies than finding a girlfriend, Derek lets his relationships fall by the wayside. To make matters worse, multiple nights a week he can hear his upstairs neighbor, a gorgeous young girl named Cindy, doing the deed with her boyfriend.
