Skinny Ribs And The Savage Stiltwalker

After hiding from the public for a year, Skinny Ribs emerges to a newfound and unwanted type of notoriety as a sort of folk hero. He and his family are given a mansion, he recieves a $100,000 paycheck from the government every month and he's made to feel that his only purpose in life is as a weapon expected to protect the country. Things get personal when two dangerous villains come to Chemical City with a pension for violence and challenge citizens to wage war against him, claiming he is nothing more than an irrelevant leech with a lost cause sucking the economy dry.
