Self master begins with the first step. Which is disciplining yourself through hard training and mental, physical and spiritual test. A personal lost, death of a love one or child, mother, father, or wife. We should become stronger with every test in life. We should not forget that life in itself is a form of struggle. We must process good feeling about ourselves and others to keep faith alive. We know faith fluctuates up and down, but we should never lose faith. Look at the creation of the body. The perfection in it, this tells you that there is a God. The eyebrows keep sweat out of the eyes. What a perfect creation. Self perfection is knowing your weak points and strengthening them to make a strong overall person. This may take a lifetime, but this is a journey that develops the person. A person with no test in life cannot be developed. It’s like not having no experience and knowledge of anythings, to know yourself well lets you master yourself.
