Exposed in this pamphlet is the sordid saga of Park Place Apartments, aka Walnut Creek's Concentration Camp, whose imperious management reacted with retaliatory eviction against respectable tenants, boasting an impeccable three-year tenancy, who dared to make not one but three legitimate complaints against a belligerent Gestapo guard, aka Joel, employed by OTS Group Private Security of Antioch, California, who not only accosted the tenants in a confrontational manner on three separate occasions, but also followed and stalked the tenants both on and off the apartment property. Response by the do-nothing, good-for-nothing Walnut Creek Police Department was as indifferent and negligent as the arrogant apartment management's. This pamphlet serves as an object lesson to the corrupt, shyster management about the costly price to be paid for bad faith and unfair dealing in reputable landlord-tenant relations.
