"What do you mean the wrong planet?" Timin, the God of Evmin asked his cousin, Kranis, the God of Tallmere.
"I was only off a couple of million light years," Kranis whined, "What's a little distance, anyway? Besides, we're family..." he added.
They both knew the order of things. First you get a planet to form itself, wait for an indigenous life form to develop, modify it to the Universe's standard for humans, seed it with celestial genes, parent the population, distribute it throughout the Universe, gather up the results and take them back to the Kova. A planet's a planet.
Timin scowled, "Everyone knows how the Universe works. You create spaceships in the natural form of a planet or moon and you get the job done and move on. But it's the WRONG planet."
Kranis studied his cousin and said, "My sycoss is bigger than your sycoss. I have big Tallmere and you have little Evmin. I seed, you populate. Your illustrious father, Sashwa-He Ontine, the supreme power in the Universe is contemplating what to do. He said not to tell your mother until he comes up with an answer.
Timin smiled knowingly, "Size doesn't matter, cousin."
"It depends on who you ask, cousin," Kranis shot back.
Timin sighed, "It's still the wrong planet."
The story of this book is simple, humorous, and fun;, it is filled with universal facts, and has a happy ending. Enjoy Kranis and Timin, Arlonis, the God of the wrong planet, Ersa, the Lords of the Land, the Altergotts, Scribes and others in this science fiction gem.
Take a light-hearted romp through a serious topic - how did we come to inhabit our own rock in the Universe, and why.
