Mark & Markus Island Adventures, Diving for Pocket Money is about the lives of two nine -year-old boys and their adventures around the island of Jamaica. These fun series of stories invite children of all ages to create, explore, and parallel a day in their lives with a day in the life of the two main characters. As Mark and Markus explore their surroundings, they in turn give young readers everywhere the opportunity to discover the vastness of cultural foods, the richness of the land, and the strength and kindness of the people.
