My Part in His Never-ending Story

Ah, the back of the book cover… I loved Cliff’s Notes as a kid, but they never served me well. I hope this synopsis does more for you than they did for me. This is a very raw book. It openly confronts many social and interpersonal issues that affect our culture. The subject matter of this book reaches across racial and socioeconomic boundaries and knocks down age and gender blockades. It’s about our doubts, our paths and purposes in life. It’s about our fears of being left uncovered and unloved. It’s about being too bad for God. But the main purpose of this book is simply to say no one is too bad for Christ; I mean No one.

I tend not to read books for enjoyment. However, this book captivates me. It continues to teach me and bring enjoyment.

The book takes you on an adventure through portions of my life. My story is not better than anyone else’s, but it is different. The Lord has a tool for every job, and this book is different because he has used a different tool; me. I am not reinventing the wheel; I’m just trying to make fundamental biblical truths more understandable and applicable through riveting true stories of failure and triumphs.
