First off for those wondering about the origin of this magazines name. This magazine is dedicated to one of the Founding Fathers of Fantasy, Robert E. Howard. He had a nickname of Two Gun Bob given to him by none other than H.P Lovecraft. The two men wrote letters back and forth discussing characters and views of modern society. Robert had become a part of Lovecraft’s Circle of corresponding writers who mentored each other on technique of pulp fiction writing.
Best know of course as the creator of Conan the Barbarian, Howard had also created Kull, Solomon Kane, El Borak, Bran Mak Morn, Red Sonja, Belit, Valeria, as well as several titles in the later years of his writing about boxing and westerns. All of them very good stories that more than simply immersed the reader, they become a part of it...
