There are four short stories in this book, and all of them contain sexual situations, but the scenes and descriptions are designed to be enticing, amusing in a way, ordinary, but at the same time provocative and mildly erotic. This grouping, compiled by the authors, is far from anything that would be considered "excessive" or pornographic. The first story, Mechanics, is a love story involving the stresses and strains, the emotions and the fear of losing loved ones before, during and after the Second World War. This is a touching story in all respects and addresses the issues and concerns involved with knowing your partner, understanding each other, and enjoying each other in the time allotted by the fates.
The second story, The Eiffel Complex, is a fun story about innocent sex involving those who have no clue about sex and want to find out through curiosity and exposure, a bit of experimentation and an open mind, which surprises those involved. They believe that as situations arise, they should deal with them in an amusing and mature way, even though those involved have no idea of what a mature way is. It's an escapade of episodes and incidents, which lead to having a clue to what sex is and how to apply maturity when it rears its head. There is a significance to the resemblance of the Eiffel Tower to human design, both male and female and this becomes a point of amusement to those involved.
The third story, Squeaky Steps, is a fun presentation, bordering on the ridiculous, of sexual activities in a most absurd yet interesting and provocative way. Part 1 involves physical, as well as psychological "exercises," in the privacy and intimacy of a crowded bar, and Part 2 is a survey for you to consider or ignore, but don't ignore it until after you've already read it. It is funny; just ask us. We recommend that you relax, grab your favorite drink and read this story out loud, to yourself or to someone who can laugh with you...it is so much better that way.
The fourth story, Sex, is short and sweet, accompanied by an amusing cover that used to be a stand-alone piece of art, and, at another time, a poster. The story and the poster/cover go together and you will see why.
