The Biggest Stick: The Employment of Artillery Units in Counterinsurgency

This study uses a comparative analysis of the Malayan Emergency, the American experience in Vietnam, and Operation Iraqi Freedom to examine the role and effectiveness of artillery units in complex counterinsurgency environments.
