Prophets including Abraham, Moses, and David prophesied about the Christ whom God promised in Genesis 3:15. Jesus the Christ lived his life in the name of God before his death – and God raised him up alive to become the Lord and the Christ of all of God's people. Christ Jesus the Lord is God's son, the King of kings and Lord of lords.
