What is the difference between our body, our mind, and our soul? Are they one entity? John ME begs to differ. For him, after living twenty years in the Alaska Wilderness, there is only one driving force: the body, the strength that comes from muscle and brain, from learning and resourcefulness. It is his young self, barely thirty-four years old, that thrives in Alaska and becomes a part of it. His physical entity, the pod, has parted ways with his mind and his soul, each inhabiting John but not talking to each other. Until a mysterious event takes place. His hut defiled, himself humiliated, John restores the trinity of body, mind, and soul, in that same sequence. It is his only hope if he is to survive his confrontation with an ancient evil whose demons roam free in the Alaska Wilderness, doing its bidding. He is the target.
