Since its founding the man-made island nation of Silver City has never lived up to the dreams of the islands originator, Patrick Silver. Instead of becoming a haven for the world's best and brightest Silver City has become a nation divided. The wealthiest of the islands citizens live safely in the island's center. "No-mans-land" is thin strip of the island not controlled by the police or the islands gangs who rule the docks.
