Long ago Kurian and Jourdan were hunting partners, best friends and considered each other brothers. That all changed when Jourdan decided to separate from the pack and turn his back on the Queen. Wolves not only mated for life, they followed the same Monarch from birth to death. Jourdan was the first to ever leave his Monarch. The Queen hadn’t been particularly upset that he defected, she was angry that most of her warriors had followed him. Jourdan has established a good life for his pack and has set his sights on a woman to love but the Queen will have her revenge.
