Releasing Destructive Fears

This book is the first in a series of five books with exercises, acupressure points, tapping, self-massage and meditation to relieve the stress of persistent, destructive emotions. The five solid or yin organs with their corresponding emotions will be the subjects in each of the subsequent books.
In this book we are concerned only with the emotion of fear and its matching organ, the kidneys. The exercises, acupressure points, tapping, massage, and meditation have been chosen to target the kidneys and to release any long-term fears we may be experiencing.
