Dusty Michaels is a photo journalist that has taken yet another dangerous assignment. She continues to knowingly put her life at risk for her job because she knows all too well how quickly the truth can get swept under the rug. So when genetically altered lions start killing people for sport, Dusty has no choice but to follow them halfway across the world.

Blake Lee is appalled to find his companion on this hunt is a woman, but Dusty soon shows him that she’s more than capable of taking care of herself. He fights with himself and his growing attraction to her while trying to focus on getting the job done.
