A sweet story of butterflies and dragonflies
This story tells the perilous journey of Qin, a humble peasant farmer and devoted father who lives with his family in the soaring heights of the Loess Plateau in China. Following the traditional Chinese folk custom of Ming Hun or ghost marriage, Qin must leave behind the only life he has ever known and search far and wide for a young girl who has passed away -- this young girl shall be wed to Qin’s youngest son Zhai, who has left this world all too soon, accompanying him in the afterlife.¿
